Site Preparation and Excavation
Prior to the start of concrete placement activities one last set of geotechnical tests are being performed. These tests conduct acoustical measurements of how p-waves and s-waves travel through the rock surface at the bottom of the pedestal. These measurements will be used to calculate the modulus of elasticity for the rock that will be supporting the pedestal and antenna structure.
