Facilities Construction
The completion of the beneficial occupancy date milestone was marked by a small ceremony. A ceremonial key to the
pedestal was presented. Pictured (from left to right) are Chris Yung, the JPL Construction Task Manager, Jaume Ibarz the
Schwartz-Hautmont Contract Manager, Miguel Pagan of MDSCC who will lead the electronics installation, and Ingrid
